Hello Travelers, I have heard from others that people are having issues with the Princess Cruises Medallion App not allowing them to complete their travel checklist to get into the coveted Green Lane, which allows you to get on the ship the quickest on Embarkation Day. Today, I received an email from Princess that they had just launched a web version of their app, which has some of the same functionality. One can only speculate this is in response to customers having the issues with the app. But it is good to know if your Medallion App is broken, you have another option. Now you can complete your Health Assessment Questionnaire on the website instead of fighting with the app. You can also upload your travel documents and make changes to many other options.
