Hello Travelers, I am currently (April 2022) on board the Ruby Princess, and a number of passengers have been having issues with the MedallionClass app that Princess uses for so many things while on board. When I tried to get into My Time Dining to see where/when I was supposed to be having dinner, the app would get stuck and forever be “Loading”. So I wanted to walk you through getting your dining reservations from your stateroom’s television. Some of the app’s functionality is available on your stateroom television, which is at least something when you can’t get the app to work. I was happy to find this because I was in that boat—and didn’t know what time or what restaurant I had scheduled on land prior to the ship’s departure.
