YouTube Video Description↓

Hello Travelers, I boarded the Seabourn Odyssey on September 29, 2023 for my last cruise of the year. I had never sailed with Seabourn, and they are known as an ultra luxury line. I was very curious to see the differences in how they do things versus the main stream and even premium lines do. Today I was booked to do a Bear and Eagle Quest shore excursion, but the weather just would not cooperate. It started out misty, and went into serious wind and rain from there. So I opted out of the excursion, because I just was not in the mood to be cold and wet again. Instead, I attended an Epicurean Event in the ship’s main salon. Drinks and tidbits were served, and it became my lunch. It was very tasty. I finished my packing and got my bags out in time. The cruise line has set up a hospitality room at one of the local hotels to handle luggage storage for disembarking passengers who want to do shore excursions tomorrow. I am availing myself of that service, and will enjoy going on a trip to Mendenhall Glacier. Dinner was in the Colonnade Restaurant, which was set up as a buffet for a change for dinner. There was also a huge Baked Alaska on display. Please like this video and subscribe to my channel to make sure you don’t miss future content. I have more videos for this cruise, as well as future cruises booked through the rest of this year and beyond. Thanks for watching!
